Hi, I’m Claudia Gómez. Mom and coach in integrative health, life, and emotions.
I support women who feel like something in their life no longer feels right… and are ready to reconnect with their joy, their energy, and themselves.
My journey started from frustration… I began questioning everything—my relationship with my body, food, and my emotions.
For many years, I felt uncomfortable in my own body, and in my 20s I came close to bulimia due to deep self-rejection.
Later, going through a divorce led me even deeper into my personal healing.
When my daughters began experiencing health issues and were prescribed medications, something didn’t fully sit right with me…
and that’s when my search for a more integrative and conscious approach to the body began.
That’s when I realized something that changed everything: everything is connected. The mind, the body, and the heart.
Since 2013, I’ve been supporting transformation by integrating physical and emotional health through practical tools, awareness, and a grounded, human approach.
After college, I trained as a Health Coach at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York, as a Life Coach through the Insight Therapy method, and in emotional coaching with aromatherapy, integrating all of this into my work.
It’s not about being perfect… it’s about being aware.
