Licensed Master Social Worker

I became a therapist because I believe in the power of being truly seen and heard. My passion has always been to advocate for underserved populations who face barriers to access and support youth, people of color, those living in poverty, and other marginalized groups. Choosing Social Work allowed me to help minimize those disparities, advocate for change, empower individuals, and leave a lasting, positive impact on the lives of those I serve.
I have both my Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Social Work, and I’m a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) currently under supervision to obtain my Clinical Social Work License (LCSW). My approach is strengths-based and trauma-informed because I believe in focusing on my clients’ resilience while providing a safe, supportive space for healing and growth.
I work with children (6+), teens (14+), college students, and young adults who are navigating anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, emotional regulation, and life’s many challenges. My hope is that through our work together, you gain a stronger sense of self-worth, confidence in your voice, and practical tools to manage emotions and stress in a healthy way.
My favorite part of being a therapist is building meaningful connections with my clients and creating a space where they feel safe, seen, and heard. It’s such a privilege to witness someone’s growth, from the moment they take the first step into therapy to the moment they begin to believe in themselves again.

If you’re hesitant about starting therapy, my advice is simple: come with an open mind and open heart. Therapy isn’t about judgment, it’s about creating a space where you can explore your feelings, find hope, and begin to heal at your own pace.
pHILOSOPHY
My philosophy is that everyone deserves a safe space where their voice matters, their story is honored, and their needs are met with compassion. Healing begins when we feel truly seen and heard, and my role is to meet clients where they are, help them discover their strengths, and walk alongside them as they build the tools they need to thrive.
