I am a licensed therapist with experience working across a variety of settings and alongside diverse adult clients. Many of the individuals I serve come into therapy feeling emotionally worn down, overwhelmed, or stuck—often carrying the weight of burnout, anxiety, unresolved experiences, or ongoing life stressors. My role is to offer a space where those burdens do not have to be carried alone.

My therapeutic approach is client-centered and intentionally tailored to each individual, drawing from evidence-based practices while honoring the uniqueness of each person. I deeply value honesty, clarity, and mutual respect in the therapeutic relationship. I believe that healing happens most effectively in an environment that feels calm, steady, and safe.

In our work together, we slow things down. We take an honest look at what may be happening beneath the surface, build insight, and develop practical tools that support real, lasting change. My goal is not only to help life feel more manageable, but to help it feel more meaningful.
pHILOSOPHY
Mental Health is an essential part of overall wellness and everyone deserves access to effective and compassionate support. My belief is that therapy should be grounded in empathy, understanding, and growth no matter how small it may feel. I strive to help clients better understand themselves, build resilience, and move toward their goals and the life they want to live.
